NTT Group participated in Locked Shields 2025, an international cyber defense exercise organized by NATO CCDCOE

Tokyo - May 8, 2025 – The NTT Group is pleased to announce its participation in Locked Shields 2025, an international cyber defense exercise organized by the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE) held from May 6 to 9, 2025.

Following the last year, this is the fourth participation for NTT DOCOMO, NTT Communications, NTT DATA, and NTT Security Japan*, and the second participation for NTT holding company*. Approximately 40 countries participated to address simulated cyberattacks against a fictional nation.

Team Japan joined the exercise to deepen coordination with like-minded nations and entities and collaboratively enhanced our cyber incident response capabilities by teaming up with Commonwealth of Australia, Japanese government agencies and private companies, the Australian Department of Defence, and others.
